If you have not used your Patient Portal previously, we need to enable it for you. Once enabled, you may access your portal where you may than schedule a Televisit for follow-up appointments.
Televisits require a computer with a camera OR a smartphone with camera. Likewise, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you provide a mobile number to help facilitate the Televisit Process and for receiving Televisit Text Messages.
